For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center has issued the final advisory on
Tropical Depression Three, which has dissipated offshore of the
Florida east coast.
A non-tropical low pressure area could form over the northern Gulf
of Mexico by late Wednesday or Thursday. Thereafter, conditions
could become marginally conducive for some development as it moves
northward to northeastward late this week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Wednesday Night: SW wind 7 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2am. Seas 1 ft or less. Dominant period 2 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.
Thursday: SW wind 5 to 7 kt becoming S in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 1 ft or less. Dominant period 2 seconds. Intracoastal waters smooth.
Thursday Night: Variable winds 5 kt or less. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 8pm and 2am. Seas 1 ft or less. Intracoastal waters smooth.
Friday: E wind around 7 kt. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.
Friday Night: E wind 7 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.
Saturday: E wind 9 to 11 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.
