For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center has issued the final advisory on
Tropical Depression Three, which has dissipated offshore of the
Florida east coast.

A non-tropical low pressure area could form over the northern Gulf
of Mexico by late Wednesday or Thursday.  Thereafter, conditions
could become marginally conducive for some development as it moves
northward to northeastward late this week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Tonight: S wind 12 to 15 kt becoming W after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 10pm and 5am. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Wednesday: WSW wind 8 to 12 kt. Showers and thunderstorms, mainly after noon. Seas around 3 ft.

Wednesday Night: W wind around 8 kt becoming SSW after midnight. Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 8pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2am. Seas 2 to 3 ft.

Thursday: SW wind 10 to 12 kt becoming WNW in the afternoon. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 2pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Seas around 3 ft.

Thursday Night: E wind around 10 kt becoming SSW after midnight. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 3 ft.

Friday: S wind around 7 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 2 ft.

Friday Night: SE wind 7 to 9 kt becoming SSW after midnight. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft.

Saturday: N wind 5 to 7 kt becoming E in the afternoon. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 2 ft.
