For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Disorganized showers and a few thunderstorms extending from the
Leeward Islands to Puerto Rico are associated with a tropical wave
interacting with an upper-level low. Significant development of
this system is not expected due to unfavorable upper-level winds and
interaction with the islands of the Greater Antilles. Regardless of
development, this system is expected to bring locally heavy rainfall
to portions of the Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto
Rico over the next couple of days as it moves generally westward to
west-northwestward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

This Afternoon: S wind around 7 kt. A slight chance of showers. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 seconds. Bay and inland waters smooth.

Tonight: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming E around 6 kt after midnight. A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 seconds. Bay and inland waters smooth.

Wednesday: E wind around 8 kt becoming S in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 4pm. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 seconds. Bay and inland waters smooth.

Wednesday Night: S wind around 7 kt becoming E after midnight. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft. Dominant period 8 to 10 seconds. Bay and inland waters smooth.

Thursday: N wind 7 to 16 kt. A chance of showers, mainly before 1pm. Seas 2 to 4 ft with occasional seas up to 5 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Thursday Night: N wind 15 to 17 kt. Mostly cloudy. Seas around 4 ft with occasional seas up to 5 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Friday: N wind 14 to 17 kt. Mostly sunny. Seas 3 to 4 ft with occasional seas up to 5 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Friday Night: NNE wind around 13 kt. Mostly clear. Seas 2 to 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Saturday: NNE wind 10 to 13 kt. Mostly sunny. Seas around 2 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.
