For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Disorganized showers and a few thunderstorms extending from the
Leeward Islands to Puerto Rico are associated with a tropical wave
interacting with an upper-level low. Significant development of
this system is not expected due to unfavorable upper-level winds and
interaction with the islands of the Greater Antilles. Regardless of
development, this system is expected to bring locally heavy rainfall
to portions of the Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto
Rico over the next couple of days as it moves generally westward to
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Tonight: SSW wind around 6 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7pm, then a slight chance of showers. Seas around 1 ft.

Wednesday: E wind 5 to 9 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Seas 1 to 3 ft.

Wednesday Night: NNE wind 5 to 14 kt becoming NW in the evening. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 1am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Seas 2 to 3 ft.

Thursday: NNW wind 11 to 17 kt. A chance of showers, mainly before 1pm. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
