For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Subtropical Storm Alberto, located over the northwestern Caribbean
Sea just east of the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

Routine issuance of the Tropical Weather Outlook will resume on 1
June.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT1.

Overnight: E wind around 10 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 4 seconds. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Saturday: ESE wind 12 to 18 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 4 seconds. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Saturday Night: SE wind 17 to 23 kt, with gusts as high as 30 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas 1 to 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Dominant period 5 to 6 seconds. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop.

Sunday: S wind 20 to 23 kt, with gusts as high as 30 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas 3 to 4 ft with occasional seas up to 5 ft. Dominant period 6 to 7 seconds. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop.

Sunday Night: S wind 15 to 17 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas 2 to 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Memorial Day: S wind 15 to 17 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas around 2 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Monday Night: S wind 12 to 16 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 2 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Tuesday: S wind 10 to 12 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Tuesday Night: S wind 7 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Bay and inland waters a light chop becoming smooth.
