For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Subtropical Storm Alberto, located over the northwestern Caribbean
Sea just east of the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

Routine issuance of the Tropical Weather Outlook will resume on 1
June.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT1.

Sunday: SSE wind around 21 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Seas 6 to 7 ft with occasional seas up to 9 ft. Dominant period 6 to 7 seconds. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop.

Sunday Night: S wind around 18 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 5 ft with occasional seas up to 6 ft. Dominant period 6 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Memorial Day: S wind 14 to 16 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Dominant period 5 to 6 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Monday Night: SSE wind around 12 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Tuesday: SSE wind around 11 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas 2 to 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Tuesday Night: SE wind 8 to 10 kt. A chance of showers. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Wednesday: SE wind around 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Wednesday Night: SE wind 7 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.
