For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

A trough of low pressure moving through the Central Bahamas is
producing a small area of showers and thunderstorms mainly along
and to the east of the trough axis. Environmental conditions are
expected to be only marginally conducive for development during
the next couple of days while the trough moves west-northwestward
at around 15 mph. Additional development is not anticipated after
that time due to strong upper-level winds.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Monday: E wind 8 to 10 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 11am. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 to 4 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Monday Night: ESE wind 6 to 10 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 11pm. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 4 to 5 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.

Tuesday: S wind 8 to 12 kt. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 5pm, then showers and thunderstorms likely after 5pm. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 to 5 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Tuesday Night: S wind 6 to 9 kt. Showers and thunderstorms likely before 8pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 8pm and 11pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11pm. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.

Wednesday: SSW wind 7 to 10 kt. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth becoming a light chop.

Wednesday Night: SW wind 7 to 9 kt. Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 11pm. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.

Thursday: SW wind around 8 kt becoming S in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.

Thursday Night: S wind 5 to 8 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt after midnight. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.
