For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

A tropical wave interacting with an upper-level low is producing
disorganized showers and thunderstorms over portions of the Leeward
Islands, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hispaniola, and the
adjacent waters. Significant development of this system is not
expected due to unfavorable upper-level winds and interaction with
islands of the Greater Antilles. However, this system could produce
locally heavy rainfall over portions of the Leeward Islands, the
Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Hispaniola during the next day
or so as it moves generally west-northwestward. This rainfall will
then spread across portions of the Turks and Caicos Islands and the
southeastern Bahamas by Thursday as the system turns northwestward.

Tonight: SE wind 8 to 10 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft. Dominant period 3 to 4 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Thursday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming N 5 to 8 kt in the afternoon. A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 1pm. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Dominant period 4 seconds increasing to 11 seconds. Intracoastal waters smooth.

Thursday Night: N wind 11 to 16 kt. A slight chance of showers before 1am. Seas around 2 ft. Dominant period 9 to 11 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Friday: N wind 13 to 15 kt. Partly sunny. Seas around 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Friday Night: N wind 11 to 13 kt. Partly cloudy. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Saturday: NE wind around 12 kt. Mostly sunny. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Saturday Night: ENE wind 11 to 13 kt. Partly cloudy. Seas around 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a moderate chop becoming a light chop.

Sunday: E wind around 12 kt. A slight chance of showers. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.
