For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Subtropical Storm Alberto, located over the northwestern Caribbean
Sea just east of the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
Routine issuance of the Tropical Weather Outlook will resume on 1

Memorial Day: SSE wind 16 to 20 kt, with gusts as high as 28 kt. A slight chance of showers between 1pm and 2pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Seas around 4 ft.
Monday Night: SSE wind 17 to 19 kt, with gusts as high as 26 kt. Showers and thunderstorms likely before 8pm, then a slight chance of showers. Seas around 5 ft.
Tuesday: S wind around 17 kt, with gusts as high as 24 kt. A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Seas around 4 ft.
Tuesday Night: S wind 13 to 15 kt, with gusts as high as 21 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 2am, then a slight chance of showers. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
Wednesday: S wind 10 to 12 kt. A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 8am. Seas around 3 ft.
Wednesday Night: S wind 7 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 2 to 3 ft.
Thursday: WSW wind around 7 kt becoming S in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft.
Thursday Night: S wind around 9 kt becoming SW after midnight. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas around 2 ft.
