VERY WINDY NORTHWEST FLOW TODAY AS UNSEASONABLY STRONG COLD AIR
ADVECTS ACROSS THE WARM COASTAL WATERS. GALE FORCE CONDITIONS
WILL DEVELOP OVER THE OFFSHORE ZONES EARLY THIS MORNING WITH
GUSTS UP TO 45 KNOTS. WINDS WILL SHIFT ONSHORE SUNDAY NIGHT WITH
ONSHORE WINDS THEN CONTINUING THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK AS
