Synopsis: A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE IS FORECAST TO BUILD IN ACROSS THE FLORIDA PENINSULA AS TROPICAL CYCLONE BONNIE, OR ITS REMNANTS, LIFTS SLOWLY NORTH ALONG THE CAROLINA COAST THROUGH THE EARLY TO MID PART OF THIS WEEK. LINGERING SWELLS WILL DIMINISH EARLY THIS WEEK AND BOATING CONDITIONS WILL GENERALLY BE GOOD.


Today: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming E 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Seas 1 ft or less.

Tonight: Variable winds 5 kt or less. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11pm. Seas 1 ft or less.

Memorial Day: W wind 5 to 10 kt becoming ENE in the afternoon. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Seas 1 to 2 ft.

Monday Night: Variable winds 5 kt or less. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 2am. Seas 1 to 2 ft.

Tuesday: Variable winds 5 kt or less. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Seas 1 to 2 ft.

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly formed
Tropical Depression Two, located about 400 miles southeast of the
coast of South Carolina.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

Routine issuance of the Tropical Weather Outlook will resume on
June 1, 2016.
