Synopsis: Winds will be northeasterly around 10 kts in the Atlantic waters and 15 kts in the Gulf waters through Thursday as a slow moving frontal boundary lingers over the region. Winds will be increasing to 20 kts by the end of the work week. Seas of 5 to 7 feet in the Atlantic waters will persist through the rest of the week and into the first part of the weekend.


Late Afternoon: NE wind around 7 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 1 ft or less. Dominant period 1 second. Bay and inland waters smooth.

Tonight: NE wind around 11 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8pm, then a slight chance of showers between 8pm and 2am. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 1 to 2 seconds. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Thursday: NE wind 5 to 8 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Seas 1 ft or less. Dominant period 1 to 2 seconds. Bay and inland waters smooth.

Thursday Night: NE wind 9 to 13 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8pm, then a slight chance of showers between 8pm and 2am. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 1 to 2 seconds. Bay and inland waters a light chop.

Friday: ENE wind 8 to 10 kt. A slight chance of showers after 2pm. Seas 1 ft or less. Bay and inland waters a light chop.
