OF GALE-FORCE WINDS NORTH OF THE CENTER. THIS SYSTEM IS IN THE
PROCESS OF ACQUIRING FRONTAL CHARACTERISTICS AND DEVELOPMENT INTO
A SUBTROPICAL CYCLONE IS NOT EXPECTED. THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW
