Synopsis: A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE EXTENDING FROM THE MID ATLANTIC TO THE NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH LATE WEEK...PRODUCING A MODERATE NORTHEAST BREEZE. A LONG FETCH OF ONSHORE FLOW OVER THE WEST ATLANTIC WILL PUSH AN EASTERLY SWELL INTO THE LOCAL ATLANTIC THROUGH THE WEEKEND...RESULTING IN MARGINAL TO POOR BOATING CONDITIONS. MARINERS ARE URGED TO REMAIN ALERT TO THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT AND TRACK OF A TROPICAL DISTURBANCE CURRENTLY PUSHING ACROSS HISPANOLA THAT MAY APPROACH THE STATE LATE IN THE WEEKEND.
