Synopsis: Expect Small Craft Advisory conditions in the wake of this morning's frontal passage. Winds and seas will begin to subside this evening or late tonight as high pressure builds in across the local waters. However, strong winds may return by mid to late week as a surface low moves eastward across the Gulf.


Today: N wind around 15 kt, with gusts as high as 20 kt. Partly sunny, then gradually becoming sunny. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 2 to 3 seconds.

Tonight: N wind 10 to 15 kt. Mostly clear. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 2 to 4 seconds.

Monday: NE wind around 10 kt becoming E in the afternoon. Sunny. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 seconds.

Monday Night: ESE wind 5 to 15 kt. A slight chance of rain after 1am. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 to 5 seconds.
