SYNOPSIS
A LOW PRESSURE CENTER FORMING OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO
WILL MOVE SLOWLY ACROSS NORTHEAST FLORIDA FRIDAY AND INTO THE
ATLANTIC SATURDAY. THIS WILL CAUSE STEADILY VEERING OF WINDS TO THE
SOUTH FRIDAY TO THE WEST SATURDAY AND THE NORTHWEST AND NORTH ON
SUNDAY. WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN UP TO 20 KNOTS OR GREATER
ESPECIALLY OFFSHORE THROUGH THE PERIOD. THIS WILL CAUSE POOR TO
HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. A CHANCE FOR STRONG
STORMS MOVING OFFSHORE THE FLORIDA PENINSULA EXISTS MAINLY LATE
