SYNOPSIS

A STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY OVER THE LOCAL WATERS WILL QUICKLY
LIFT NORTHWARD THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD DOWN
THE U.S. EASTERN SEABOARD THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK AS HURRICANE
MATTHEW MOVES NORTHWARD FROM THE CARIBBEAN SEA INTO THE BAHAMAS.
ONSHORE WINDS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE BEGINNING ON TUESDAY...WITH
SEAS POTENTIALLY BUILDING SUBSTANTIALLY TOWARDS MIDWEEK DEPENDING
ON THE POSITION OF MATTHEW.
