For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center has issued the final advisory on
Tropical Depression Three, which has dissipated offshore of the
Florida east coast.

A non-tropical low pressure area could form over the northern Gulf
of Mexico by late Wednesday or Thursday.  Thereafter, conditions
could become marginally conducive for some development as it moves
northward to northeastward late this week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Low pressure will track east of the local waters today as a
weakening cold front approaches from the north. This front will
stall over the local waters tonight and linger through Friday.
High pressure will build north of the waters this weekend.

Jul 23, 2019 at 1200 UTC...
