NINE IS EXPECTED TO TRACK ACROSS THE NORTHEAST GULF OF MEXICO AND
THEN ACROSS NORTH FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA THURSDAY AND
THURSDAY NIGHT...EXITING NORTHEAST OF THE LOCAL WATERS FRIDAY.
TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY THROUGH
