For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Isaias, located just offshore of northeast Florida.
A surface trough of low pressure, located a few hundred miles north
of the northern Leeward Islands, is producing disorganized showers
and thunderstorms. Marginal environmental conditions could allow
for some slow development of this system during the next several
days, with a tropical depression possibly forming later this week.
This system is forecast to move northwestward at about 15 mph over
the southwestern Atlantic today and on Tuesday, and then stall
several hundred miles southwest of Bermuda by the middle to latter
part of the week.

* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent.

Tonight: S wind 8 to 10 kt. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 1am and 5am. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Dominant period 3 to 4 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.
Tuesday: SSE wind 6 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 4pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 4pm and 5pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5pm. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 2 seconds. Intracoastal waters smooth becoming a light chop.
Tuesday Night: SSE wind 7 to 9 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11pm, then a chance of showers between 11pm and 2am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 2 to 3 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.
Wednesday: SE wind 5 to 7 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.
Wednesday Night: SE wind 6 to 8 kt. Showers and thunderstorms likely before 11pm, then a slight chance of showers between 11pm and 2am, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.
Thursday: SE wind 5 to 7 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.
Thursday Night: SE wind around 7 kt. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.
Friday: ESE wind 6 to 8 kt. Showers and thunderstorms likely. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth becoming a light chop.
