Synopsis: A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect for the Atlantic waters off Palm Beach County through this evening as northeasterly swell continues to cause increased waves, especially in the Gulf Stream. These waves and swell will gradually subside this evening and tonight, with generally benign marine conditions expected for the rest of the week.


Today: E wind around 10 kt. A slight chance of showers, mainly between 2pm and 3pm. Seas 2 to 3 ft with occasional seas up to 4 ft. Dominant period 11 to 12 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Tonight: ESE wind 5 to 9 kt becoming S after midnight. Partly cloudy. Seas around 2 ft. Dominant period 11 seconds decreasing to 3 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop becoming smooth.

Wednesday: WSW wind 5 to 10 kt becoming S in the afternoon. Sunny. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Dominant period 3 seconds. Intracoastal waters smooth becoming a light chop.

Wednesday Night: SSW wind around 10 kt becoming W after midnight. Mostly clear. Seas around 1 ft. Dominant period 3 seconds. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Thursday: W wind 5 to 8 kt becoming SW in the afternoon. Sunny. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.

Thursday Night: W wind around 10 kt. Mostly clear. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.

Friday: W wind 6 to 8 kt becoming SW in the afternoon. Sunny. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.

Friday Night: NNW wind around 7 kt becoming NE after midnight. Mostly clear. Seas around 1 ft. Intracoastal waters smooth.

Saturday: ESE wind 6 to 9 kt. Mostly sunny. Seas 1 to 2 ft. Intracoastal waters a light chop.
